Who is responsible

Framvy is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at support@framvy.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name and your message. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics profiles or advertising pixels.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send the requested demo, and follow up on the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and taking steps before entering a contract.

We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while the dialogue is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires longer storage.

Where data is processed

Form submissions are delivered to our business email. Your existing systems and business data are never touched by this website — any technical work is governed separately by each customer agreement and NDA.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Email support@framvy.com to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
