These terms govern your use of framvy.com. Any engagement — assessment, prototype, bridge build or ongoing operation — is governed by a separate written agreement between Framvy and the customer.
Illustrative content
The before/after examples and the interactive simulator on this site are illustrative demonstrations with fictional data. They show how the approach works; they are not verified customer results and do not constitute a promise about your specific system.
No agreement via the website
Submitting the contact form or requesting a demo does not create a customer relationship or any obligation for either party. Engagements start only when a written agreement or approved quotation is in place.
Intellectual property
The Framvy name, logo, website content and demonstration material belong to Framvy and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. Framvy is not liable for decisions made based on the website's content, nor for downtime or technical errors on the site. Liability in any customer engagement is defined in the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
